North Pointe at Ponte Vedra

The Pointe at Ponte Vedra is the only condominium community in Old Ponte Vedra proper -- the property is a short walk to the beach. The Pointe contains two phases (Pointe I and Pointe II) on the Ponte Vedra Inn & Club’s Ocean Course and Lake Vedra -- each with its own community association and floorplan.

Pointe I is comprised of 40 two-story condominiums. Four of the units are two-bedrooms with the remaining having three-bedrooms with floorplans ranging from 1,400 to 2,000 square feet. Most of the Pointe I condominiums include garages.

Pointe II condominiums are flats located at the front of the community made up of 18 three-bedroom units. These have layouts like those of single family homes with attached two car garages.
