18th Annual DONNA Marathon Weekend

The DONNA Foundation hosts the 18th Annual DONNA Marathon Weekend from Friday, January 31, 2025, to Sunday, February 2, 2025. This year's event theme is "Destination: Fearless," highlighting the courage, strength, and determination of those battling cancer.

During this multi-day event, participants and spectators come together to "pink out" and show their support for breast cancer awareness as the runners participate in 5Ks, fun runs, half-marathons, full marathons, and ultra-marathons.

At this year's DONNA Marathon Weekend, the Jacksonville Jaguars invite participants to celebrate survivorship at Athletes' Village while enjoying live music from 97.9 KISS FM. Miller Lite and White Claw are available to registered participants at the post-race party on Sunday.

Marathon Photos provides race day photography for this event, and photos will be available online within 24 hours after participants finish their race.

Social Shakeout Run

• Time: 7:00 a.m.
• Location: Springhill Suites Jacksonville Beach Oceanfront
• Details: A 3-mile run/walk hosted by Fitz Koehler with special guests, including Olympian Joan Benoit Samuelson.
• Cost: Free & Open to All

DONNA Health & Wellness Expo

• Time: 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
• Location: Daily’s Place Indoor Flex Field
• Details: Packet pick-up and Mayo Clinic's presentation, “Navigating Breast Cancer.

Sunny Selfie Station

• Time: All day
• Location: The DONNA Foundation Welcome Booth in the Expo
• Details: Snap a photo at the Sunny Selfie Station, sponsored by Sunny Wines.

DONNA VIP Welcome Reception

• Time: 5:00 – 8:00 p.m.

DONNA 110 Ultra Marathon

• Time: 7:30 a.m. start
• Location: Begins at EverBank Stadium
• Details: A 110-mile journey through Jacksonville and its beach communities.

FIS DONNA 5K

• Time: Registration: 6:30 a.m. 
• Race: 8:00 a.m.
• Location: EverBank Stadium
• Details: A scenic race through downtown Jacksonville’s Sports District.

DONNA Family Fun Run – "The DONNA Dash"

• Time: Registration: 6:30 a.m.

26.2 with DONNA Marathon, Half Marathon & Booby Trap Challenge

• Time: Shuttle Opens: 5:00 a.m. | Official Start: 7:30 a.m.
• Location: Seawalk Pavilion, Jacksonville Beach
• Details: Marathon and half marathon to finish breast cancer.

Athletes’ Village

• Time: 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
• Location: Seawalk Pavilion and Latham Plaza
• Details: Live music, post-race therapy, and refreshments.

DONNA Marathon Finish Line VIP Party

• Time: 8:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
• Location: Surfer [The Bar], Jacksonville Beach

Awards Ceremonies

• Half Marathon: 10:00 a.m. at the Athletes’ Village Stage
• Marathon: noon at the Athletes’ Village Stage

26.3 Party

• Time: 1:30 – 3:00 p.m.
• Location: Athletes’ Village
• Details: Celebrate late finishers with Coach Chris Twiggs and Galloway Training leaders.

Course Information:

• The DONNA Marathon and Half Marathon courses will be open for seven hours.
• This event is a Boston Qualifier and Abbott World Marathon Majors Wanda Age Group Qualifier.

Course Support:

• Hydration stations with water and Gatorade will be available approximately every mile and at least every two miles.
• Energy gels will be available at all stations.
• Medical Aid stations will be available at miles 1, 3, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 21, 23, and 25.
• Portable restrooms will be available at many locations along the course.

Medical Support:

• The Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department will provide medical support along the marathon route and at the medical area near the Start/Finish Line.
• CORA Physical Therapy offers post-race therapy services throughout the weekend

Admission: Registration opens July 1, 2024. On opening day, registrants can take advantage of 10% off all registration fees. Check registration options for each race.

When: Friday, January 31, 2025, to Sunday, February 2, 2025. 

Where: The races depart and end at Seawalk Pavilion, which is located at 75 1st Street, North, in Jacksonville Beach, Florida. Other activities take place in various locations in the Jacksonville area.
