Artists from around the country will converge on St. Augustine April 22-25 to capture the town's beauty.

In the 5th Annual Plein Air Paint Out, painters in all mediums try to capture scenic views at locations throughout downtown and at Anastasia Island beaches while passersby marvel at their work. Historic locations include Lightner Museum, Castillo de San Marcos, Aviles Street and Ximinez-Fatio House.

Artists who prefer painting landscapes have the option to set up at St. Augustine's beaches or along the bayfront downtown.

Work produced during the Plein Air Paint Out will be displayed at the St. Augustine Art Association during the Plein Air Pop-up Exhibit May 7-28.

Admission: $25 to $45

When: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday, April 22, to Sunday, April 25, 2021

Where: St. Augustine Art Association is at 22 Marine St. in historic downtown.
