THE ARTIST

Edwin Augustus Moore was an American painter, traveler, journalist, photographer and composer who used St. Augustine for many of his landscape watercolor subjects.

Moore is among the many tourists of the early nineteenth century who were attracted to Saint Augustine, Florida.
