Beginners Saltwater Fishing Clinics for Adults

Washington Oaks Gardens State Park will host Beginners Saltwater Fishing Clinic for adults on Thursdays in July 2018. There are four sessions that take place from 9:00 a.m until 12:00 noon on July 5, 12, 19 or 26, 2018.

Participants can learn how to identify saltwater fish and how to use a rod, reel and tackle. All the necessary supplies will be provided to workshop participants. The fee is $20 per workshop for adults ages 18 and up.

The Friends of Washington Oaks debuted these fishing clinics in 2016, and they have been very popular. Advance registration is required, and they sell out fast. Please contact the park at (386) 446-6783 or email here to confirm availability before choosing a date and reserving a spot.

Admission: The fee is $20 per person (ages 18 and up). The park supplies everything participants need.
