UF Health St. Johns presents the fifth annual Brave Summit on Wednesday, March 26, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. at the St. Augustine Amphitheatre.
Dedicated to supporting today's youth, the Summit offers educational lectures, presentations, and an art, poetry, and music showcase. It aims to foster individuality and impart coping strategies to high school students, helping them to manage stress and prioritize mental well-being.
The BRAVE (Be Resilient And Voice Emotions) initiative, active since 2019, empowers youth to understand mental health, recognize triggers and signs of distress, and access community resources.
Musician and rapper, Paul Russell, makes a guest appearance at the event. In addition to the educational and artistic components, the Summit also offers complimentary food from local vendors, prize giveaways, raffles, and games.
Admission: Tickets are FREE but must be reserved in advance. Go here to register for the Summit.
