Join us for a British Cannon Dedication ceremony for Oglethorpe Battery Park on Oglethorpe Blvd. in St. Augustine's Davis Shores, (on Anastasia Island), this morning. The battery consists of three replica British cannons similar to that fired on St. Augustine from that location during a 30-day siege of the city in 1740. Admirals representing the US and British Royal navies will be among speakers. Admission is free. Visit www.450military.org for more information.
