Character Counts! 6K/3K

The Character Counts! Steering Committee presents its 12th Annual Character Counts! in St. Johns County Six Pillars 6K/3K Run/Walk On Saturday, February 2, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. 

The event supporting the St. Johns County School District is sponsored by Action News Jax and Beaver Toyota. The race will begin and end at Palencia Elementary School. Register now and support character education initiatives throughout St. Johns County.

All ages are welcome to participate, and awards will be given to both 6K and 3K runners in various categories, including Overall Male and Female finishers, Male and Female Masters winners, and the top three runners in specific age groups. Participants must be registered by December 31, 2024, to receive a race t-shirt.

Admission: The 6K race costs $30.00 before January 1 and $35.00 from then until race day. Tickets are $40.00 on race day. Register now to get your tickets at current prices.

Packet Pickup: Participants can register and/or pick up their race packet on Friday, January 31, 2025, from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. or February 1, 2025, from 7:00 to 8:30 a.m. at the race site.
