The Lincolnville Museum and Cultural Center Presents the play "Color Struck"  from Friday to Sunday, April 28 to April 30, 2023. On April 28 and April 29, 2023, Color Struck will be performed from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

The final performance is on Sunday, April 30, 2023, from 2:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. In addition to the performance on Sunday, there will be a brief discussion about the play by members of the production.

"Color Struck" was created by Zora Neale Hurston and directed by Deborah Dickey. The play examines colorism in the African American Community and also features dances from the Cake Walk Competition, which is found in the original version of the play.
