Davidson Cares' 5k and Fun Run

World Golf Village will host the Davidson Cares' 5k and Fun Run. This event is presented by Davidson Cares which is the corporate giving outlet of Davidson Realty and the Davidson Companies.

This is a family friendly event which brings together exciting things to do for all ages. Parents, children and pets can come out to run, walk or stroll along!

Family fun will be provided from 10 am - 2 pm with fun kid's activities like giant hamster balls, laser tag, a bouncy house, face painting, temporary tattoos, a U: launcher, and a mile-long kid's fun run.

Food and Drink: For the adults there will be Mile Marker brews available, delicious food for sale, raffle items and music.

Travel Raffle: Visitors can stick around after the 5k and hear the announcement of the $2500 raffle winner! The raffle is for travel, including airfare, accommodations and entertainment for the trip the winning family wants to take.

The course will be at World Golf Village and all proceeds from this event will go to benefit Davidson Cares' and the grants they are setting up for local area schools including Wards Creek Elementary, Mill Creek Elementary, Palencia Elementary and Pacetti Bay Middle School.
