Fishing the Pellicer

Friends of the Washington Oaks Gardens State Park will host "Fishing the Pellicer" at Faver-Dykes State Park on Saturday, November 12, 2016, at 10:30 a.m.

Park Ranger Dennis will demonstrate the tips and tricks of fishing this historic creek. Guests are asked to bring their own rod and reel, but the park will provide the rest. As always, it's advisable to wear sunscreen, bug spray, and comfortable walking shoes. Guests will meet at the picnic area inside the park.

Admission: The event is free with regular park admission: $5 per vehicle with up to 8 people, $4 per single occupancy vehicle, and $2 per pedestrian or person on bicycle.

When: Saturday, November 12, 2016, beginning at 10:30 a.m.

Where: Guests will meet at the picnic area of Faver-Dykes State Park, which is located at 1000 Faver Dykes Road, St. Augustine FL 32086.
