As part of Flagler College's Forum on Government and Public Policy, author Nate Hochman will present the lecture, "What is the future of American Conservatism?" at 7:00 p.m., Thursday, September 8, 2022, at Lewis Auditorium. The event is free and open to the public.

National Review staff writer, Nate Hochman, is hosting a discussion on the future of American Conservatism. With a background in writing for both print and online in The American Conservative, The Claremont Review of Books, City Journal, National Affairs, National Review, The New York Times and other publications, he is also a regular guest on multiple broadcast platforms—television, podcasts, and radio. Having graduated with a degree in Political Science from Colorado College in May, 2021, Hochman is a 2021 Publius Fellow at the Claremont Institute. With high regards from his peers including the NPR, he is also known for stirring up controversial discussions in social media.

Flagler College's Forum on Government and Public Policy brings nationally recognized journalists, commentators and speakers to St. Augustine to discuss issues at hand in regional, state and federal government. This forum has promoted intellectual talk about government and public policy for over 30 years at Flagler College.
