Looking for unique ways to entertain and educate your kids this summer? Fort Matanzas will host a five-day summer camp for campers ages 9 to 11.

Through interactive presentations, hands-on projects, games, and living history demonstrations, campers will learn about topics including archaeology, preservation, nature, Native Americans, Spanish Exploration, and Colonial Florida. Activities will include projects involving textiles, pottery, leatherwork, and more.

Space is limited. Please call 904-829-6506 Ext. 239 to reserve a spot for your child.

Admission: Nonrefundable fee of $25.00 per child.

When: The Fort Matanzas Hands-on-History & Nature Camp is will run from June 5 to June 9, 2017 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Where: Fort Matanzas National Monument is located at 8635 A1A South in St. Augustine, Florida 32080.
