At 5:00 p.m. on three Tuesdays in June, the Lincolnville Museum and Cultural Heritage Center (LMCHC) will offer free guided civil rights tours, commemorating the 60th anniversary of the movement in St Augustine and the signing of the Civil Rights Act in 1964.

These guided tours help guests more fully experience the events of 1964 and what led to the protests. The exhibits focus on the local and national activists who led or participated in the efforts, and how their efforts impacted the nation. To prepare for this anniversary year, the museum updated and enhanced its civil rights exhibit, highlighting artifacts from 60 years ago and featuring interviews of national and local civil rights activists discussing their efforts in St. Augustine.

Admission: Free to all who pre-register. Registration will be available on the LMCHC's website and see their events page.
