Back by popular demand, Love, Loss, and What I Wore is being presented again in 2016 after its highly successful run during the 2015 Romanza Festivale in St. Augustine. A Classic Theatre will present the international hit comedy by Nora and Delia Ephron at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, January 23, and at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, January 24, 2016, at the Gamache-Koger Theater at Flagler College.

Directed by Anne Kraft, this production of the Ephron sisters' popular off-Broadway play features returning cast members Jean Rahner, Francesca Bellavista, Harolyn Sharpe, Eveyln Lynam, and July Grayauski, with new castmember Dani' Talo. The two reprised performances will serve as a fundraiser for A Classic Theatre, which is a non-profit organization dedicated to bringing back classic and original theatrical works to St. Augustine.

Love, Loss, and What I Wore is arranged as a series of monologues by five principal female characters, who discuss past relationships and events in their lives through the lens of "what they wore." For each woman, her wardrobe serves as a visual timeline of the story of her life.

Award-winning screenwriter and writer Nora Ephron teamed up with her novelist sister Delia to adapt Beckerman's best-selling book for the stage, and it debuted as part of the 2008 summer series at Guild Hall in East Hampton, New York. It was then produced as an off-Broadway show at the Westside Theatre, where it has earned praise and critical attention. Love, Loss, and What I Wore is the second-longest running show in the Westside Theatre's history.

Mostly comic in nature, the stories of the five women narrators include poorly chosen prom dresses, overly high heels, accessorizing nightmares, and of course the terrible condition of having "nothing to wear."

Admission: $25 per person. Visit here for more information and to purchase tickets.
