Masters of Fire and Ice - 2023

Asadolife hosts and presents a Live-fire Grilling and Cocktail exhibition to help raise funds for Epic-Cure, on Friday and Saturday, May 12 and 13, 2023, beginning at 6:00 p.m. on both days.

Every day they are open, the chefs at Asadolife offer the pageantry of creating meals using live fire on an asado grill. For this event, a group of featured chefs and pitmasters, including special guests Grilling Grandma, Merry Graham; Chopped Champion, Christie Vanover; Girl Carnivore, Kita Roberts; and Nicole Stover from Beach Girls Grill. They will join local chefs, Matthew Brown of Asadolife, and Chef Sean Woods of Amelia Island Club, and featured chefs Eric Butcher, Andrew Blanton, and Christina Conde.

In addition, the pageantry will include a number of local and nationally known bartenders. The dinners each night will include lamb and pig that are whole-grilled, three additional courses prepared by the three chefs, and signature cocktails paired with each course.
