The St. Augustine Alligator Farm will open its new Sloth Exhibit with a public celebration on Friday, August 16, 2019, beginning with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 10:00 a.m. An educational kiosk will be open until 12:00 noon and, of course, there will be sloth cupcakes!

After the ceremony, the Alligator Farm's Bird and Mammal Curator, Sarah Patterson, will talk about the species (Hoffman's two-toed sloths) and their importance in the rainforest habitat. A male and female, named Teddy and Grizzly, will be released into their exhibit habitat after the talk.

Admission: The public is invited to attend the opening of this new exhibit. Regular admission rates apply: $26.99 for adults (12 and older), $15.99 for kids (3 to 11), $13.50 for adults in wheelchairs, $8.00 for children in wheelchairs, free for St. Augustine Alligator Farm members, and 10% of for seniors, military, and AAA members.
