North Florida Women's Chorale: Music of Celtic Cultures

On Saturday, May 4, 2024, from 12:00 noon to 1:00 p.m., the North Florida Women's Chorale presents "The Lively Music of Celtic Cultures."
Part of the Chamber Music Series for the 2024 Romanza Festivale, this free program will be held at the Ancient City Baptist Church, 27 Sevilla Street. Kerry Fradley is the chorale director and Kathleen Vande Berg is their accompanist.
The traditional instruments, Celtic harp, guitar, and drum, will also accompany the Women's Chorale as they sing lively Celtic dance tunes and Gaelic songs of love won and lost.
The North Florida Women's Chorale presents music written or arranged specifically for women's voices and provides their members with the opportunity to learn new works, enhance their skills, and enjoy singing as an important part of their lives. In doing this, the group also enriches their audience and serves as role models for women of all ages.

This event is part of the Romanza Festivale of Music and the Arts, an annual festival consisting of two weeks of historical, cultural, and creative events celebrating all things St. Augustine.
