Romanza Presents ...
On Thursday, May 8, 2025, from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m., the Romanza Festivale presents Yeal and Gabriel performing Barbra Streisand's best songs, at the Sons of Israel Synagogue.
ZaZa—singer, songwriter, and guitarist—has performed worldwide as a solo act, as part of various groups, and as a lead singer or chanteuse. With a French and Israeli heritage and a facility with languages, ZaZa is as adept at singing old rock and pop favorites, jazz standards, and songs from, and in the language of, France, Israel, Spain, and South America.
From Argentina, Gabriel excels at classical and flamenco guitar, sings, and composes music. He performed with Broadway star and American tap dancer Savion Glover for several years, providing the music that inspired Glover's dancing, which in turn provided the percussion for their performances.
For Romanza, their set focuses on Barbra Streisand, whose music spans from the iconic Funny Girl to her hit pop album Guilty, produced by the Bee Gees.
