St. Augustine Spanish Food and Wine Festival

The St. Augustine Spanish Food and Wine Festival will be held from Thursday, February 20, through Saturday, February 22, 2025. The festival offers Spanish food and wine, showcasing the many aspects of Spanish influence on the culinary scene in St. Augustine. Proceeds from the St. Augustine Spanish Food and Wine Festival benefit the Flagler College Hospitality & Tourism Management Program. 

The 2025 events will take place at several locations on the Flagler College campus and the nearby Lightner Museum.

Tapas, Wine, and Spirits

Thursday, February 20, 2025, 6:00 - 8:00 p.m.

The festival will begin at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 20, 2025, with the opportunity to taste wine and spirits as well as Spanish-inspired tapas while enjoying the Lightner Museum's Radzinski Family Gardens. Local chefs from Collage, Blackfly Restaurant, The Raintree, Michael's, Barley Republic, and Cordova Coastal Chophouse & Bar in the Casa Monica will offer bites. 

• Tickets are $125.00 per person.

Cava Reception & Dinner

Friday, February 21, 2025, 6:00 - 10:00 p.m.

This VIP event is exclusively for those who purchase the Avilés Package and will be held in the historic Ponce building at Flagler College. This evening begins with a Cava reception in the Ponce de Leon Flagler Room and continues in the Solarium with a three-course dinner and live music. Chefs Laurent Manrique and Gerald Hirigoyen will create a 5-course Spanish menu, paired with wines from Emmanuel Kemiji. 

Available as part of the VIP Avilés package, which includes the Tapas, Wine, and Spirits event on Thursday and the Grand Tasting and VIP Experience on Saturday.

Grand Tasting

Saturday, March 2, 2024, 2:00 - 5:00 p.m.

The festival concludes with the Grand Tasting from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 2, 2024. Professional wine experts will offer tastings of more than 100 Spanish wines at the Markland House. A VIP Private Selection Experience, at the Crisp-Ellert Art Museum will include Spanish-inspired hors d'oeuvres from Michael's, La Nouvelle, and Pesca Rooftop.

• Tickets are $100.00 for general admission and $250.00 for the VIP Grand Tasting Experience.

Admission:  Tapas Wine and Spirits — $150.00 per person. Grand Tasting — $100.00 per person for general admission and $250.00 for the VIP experience. VIP Weekender Ticket includes the Tapas Wine and Spirits, the Grand Tasting VIP experience, and the Cava Reception and Dinner — $700.00 per person. Tickets are available to purchase online.
