The Tale Tellers of St. Augustine, along with the St. Augustine Historical Society Library and the Florida Humanities Council, present entertaining stories about St. Augustine's history at the Limelight Theatre on Tuesday, April 28, 2015.
The program, "St. Augustine's Storied Past," focuses on the remarkable history of the nation's oldest city and is presented as part of St. Augustine's 450th anniversary celebration in 2015.
Formed in 1993 by storytelling enthusiasts, the Tale Tellers of St. Augustine has grown to more than 30 members, all of them passionate about the history of the nation's oldest city and the importance of story as a means of passing on wisdom and tradition from one generation to the next.
Admission: A $10 donation per person is requested.
When? Tuesday, April 28, 2015, at 7:30 p.m.
Where? The Limelight Theatre is located at 11 Old Mission Avenue, just north of St. Augustine's historic district.
