The St. Augustine Art Association presents the What We See in the Shadows exhibit, running from Thursday, July 17, 2025, through Sunday, August 31, 2025. The exhibit is available both in-gallery and online, with gallery hours from 12:00 to 4:00 p.m., Tuesday through Sunday.

What We See in the Shadows is a unique exhibit that challenges both the artist and the viewer by placing the artwork entirely in the dark, with only flashlights and wayfinders to illuminate the pieces. This unconventional display forces viewers to engage with the art in fragments, altering their perspective and revealing details little by little. It’s an immersive experience that redefines how we see and interpret art.
