Tasting Tours Suite Workshop: Savor the Flavor

Tasting Tours offers a one-day food workshop for home cooks, during which a charcuterie expert will teach how to create a delectable charcuterie board, on Saturday, May 20, 2023 beginning at 5:00 p.m. The workshop will be held in Tasting Tours event space, Suite 505 of the Treasury Building, 24 Cathedral Street in St. Augustine.

Melissa, of Ancient City Brunch Bar, will focus on choosing ingredients that work well together and on how to create a board that is both beautiful and delectable. Guests will participate in a bit of hands-on building, and the finished board can be enjoyed by all once it's completed. Three wine pairings will be availble for tasting during the event. Guests may purchase additional wines by the glass or bottle.

The workshop is expeted to take 90 minutes. Every Tasting Suite Workshop includes time after the workshop for tasting, sipping, and enjoying the unique view of St. Augustine from the 5th floor of the  Treasury Building.

Reservations are required and this event is limited to 16 people. A private group workshop can be scheduled separately.
