Emma Concert Association presents another in their series of free events, "Words and Music at the Waterworks," on Thursday, March 7, 2024, from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. The topic is First Coast Opera and their upcoming production of the Pirates of Penzance. Curtis Tucker, First Coast Opera's general and artistic director will discuss select parts of the production and describe his process as artistic director. Some cast members will join him on stage to show what the audience will see when the opera opens later in March.

When: Thursday, March 7, from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m.

Where: The St. Augustine Waterworks, 184 San Marco Avenue, St. Augustine, Florida. See below for directions by vehicle.

Getting There: While the address is 184 San Marco Avenue, the only driveway on San Marco is Exit Only, so it is not available to access the Waterworks. Access to the Waterworks is through the St. Augustine Main Library parking lot, on the opposite side of the complex. (Use 1960 North Ponce de Leon in your GPS.)
