THIS FREE CONCERT HAS BEEN INDEFINITELY POSTPONED. 

The St. Augustine Amphitheatre presents Yo La Tengo in a free, live concert on the Backyard Stage on Saturday, September 9, 2023, at 7:00 p.m.

Formed in 1984 in New Jersey by the couple Ira Kaplan and Georgia Hubley, the core band has been comprised of the same three musicians since 1992: Ira Kaplan on guitars, piano, and vocals; Georgia Hubley on drums, piano, and vocals; and James McNew on bass and vocals. The popular band has made 17 studio albums.

Yo La Tengo is on tour for their newest album, This Stupid World. In the summer and fall of 2023, the band's tour takes them to Asia, Europe, and multiple locations in the U.S., some of which have sold out. They perform on September 9 in a free concert sponsored by the Sing Out Loud festival.

Admission: This is a free concert.

When: Saturday, September 9, at 7:00 p.m. The doors open at 6:00 p.m.

Where: St. Augustine Amphitheatre is located at 1340 A1A South in St. Augustine, FL 32080.

Parking Information: The Amp St. Augustine is located on Anastasia Island next to Anastasia State Park. Free parking in the Amphitheatre lot is available during all Backyard Stage performances.
