Trippy alt-rock band local to the Ancient City.
Founded right here in St. Augustine, Airtight is an alt-rock group that plays festivals, benefit shows, and beach gigs in Northeast Florida. They play local shows at venues like Colonial Oak Music Park, Cafe Eleven, and Spinster Abbotts, and also play often in Jacksonville.
Three of St. Augustine’s hippest local rockers joined forces to form Airtight. Shawn Ryan is on lead guitar and vocals, Luke Foley on bass, and Jeremy Yetman on drums. United against the forces of boredom and apathy, Airtight’s original songs are loud and driving with lyrics that hint at a deeper, darker reality. Airtight is unafraid to revel in rockstar-level guitar licks, grungy lyrics, and intense drum fills — giving live performances that are true to their name.
