Clover's Revenge

Out of Sarasota Florida comes Clover's Revenge, a band that plays a genre they call "Irish Speed Folk." Some of their music is Irish, some of it is folk, some is original, and all of it is fast.

Clover's Revenge's trio of performers have created an explosive sound with lovely harmonies, and toe-tapping rhythms. 

Beau Wilberding, on the Cajon Drum, was not steeped in Irish music until he joined this band. It's a great fit.

Zach Johnson, has a PhD in classical guitar performance, the heart of an Irish balladeer, and the stage presence of and humor of an Irish imp.

John Barron, from an Irish-American family out of Chicago, is known for his mad mandolin skills and his sense of humor — and his kilt

Together, Clover's Revenge perform in the Sarasota and St. Petersburg areas, traveling to more remote locations as the opportunities permit. They've performed a number of times at Ann O'Malley's in St. Augustine.
