A talented musician from Palatka, Florida, Damon Slaughter is working to bring his music to St. Augustine and share some of his original music.
Damon Slaughter is a young musician from Palatka, Florida who has been playing music for over five years. From the age of 11, Damon Slaughter has been playing his guitar and singing covers of some of his favorite musicians such as Lynyrd Skynyrd, Nirvana, Ed Sheeran and more. Although he has mostly focused on playing covers, he is working on writing original songs. Being from Palatka, his most frequent venues are Leo's Sushi and Lifted Spirits, but his goal is to move to St. Augustine because of how present the music community is and how it's flourishing.
