Dana Vocals

With a background in vocals and jazz piano, Dana Holness (Dana Vocals) delivers her own songs and covers to venues along the eastern seaboard. When not performing, Dana is immersed in songwriting, and her song "Surrender Control" can be heard on the season finale of the AmazomAmazon Prime show "Love My Roomie." 

Early in her career, Dana was invited to write with the major label Bad Boy Records, but she instead took a deep dive into the bible, and found herself. Dana's debut album, “Acknowledge Him: The Left Hand Perspective” sold over 10,000 copies, which led her deeply into songwriting. The obvious next step was to start her own publishing company, which included hundreds of self-produced songs. 

Teaming up with her father's vision of an elementary school that he built, Dana sings to develop funding to complete the school into a community complex, which will house her Creative House for Young Creatives. CHfYC is her non-profit that supports youth to develop their creativity in arts and entertainment technologies.
