HAYS

Recent phenom Hunter Hays, who uses the moniker HAYS, has left his native Jacksonville, Florida for Music City, USA where he has found his position on the ascent to songwriting/performing notoriety. With a country rock style, this singer/songwriter exudes an old country vocal sound, with a driving rock beat.

At age 23, Hays has already released a debut single, "Letting Go," co-written by Kurt Allison, Michael Tyler, and Tully Kennedy, which hit streaming platforms in the spring of 2024. Playing more than 200 shows in a year, in bars, fairs, and festivals, Hays has life and vocal grit that's getting him noticed in the industry. His voice has been compared to Eric Church and Brantley Gilbert, and exudes an old country nostalgia as he spins his tales into songs.

With less than four years of stage experience, he has backed up bands, had his own band, Cumberland, and has toured with such well-known artists as Chris Lane, Dylan Marlowe, and Tracy Lawrence.
