His ear for melody and his knack for composition led him to write music for renowned performers such as "The Queen of Salsa" Celia Cruz and Oscar D'Leon. Peral continues to create Latin jazz compositions, spanning genres such as Bolero, Rumba, Cha-chas, Merengue, and Salsa.
