The Pauses

This Orlando-based indie-rock band has been together since 2009.

The Pauses, Tierey Tough, Jason Kupfer, and Nathan Chase have written songs and performed together since 2009. Based in Orlando, Florida they have toured with Jawbox and with the Five Eight Band.

They have released two full-length albums and two EPs. The band reportedly refers to their music as "beep boop rock;" suffice it to say they are a genre-bending group that also plays throw-back shows featuring songs from the 90s.

The band projects a geeky science vibe and enhances that with a lights timed to the instruments as well as by offer special video effects during live shows.
