Stava Mala

Stava Mala grew up in Houston, Texas, where from a young age he was exposed to the rich musical heritage of his home state. Stava listened to everything from classic country to rock, blues, folk, and Tex-Mex music, which greatly influenced his musical taste and style. In school, Stava liked to play in the school band, giving him an understanding of music theory, which enhanced his musical knowledge. Once he graduated he moved to Austin, also known as the music capital of Texas. In Austin he played a large variety of music including blues, southern rock, bluegrass, and reggae. He he now resides near Gainesville, Florida.
