Vange Durst
Vange Durst is a woman who can cover a variety of artists, as well as showcase her own songwriting talent.
Originally from the Northeast, Durst moved from the US to Greece, where, as a pre-teen she was advised that it was more challenging to play rhythm than lead, so she picked up her guitar, and rocketed off to India, then London to join her first band, and then to New York City. In the Big Apple, where she enjoyed performing with various bands in some of the best known rooms in town, Durst built a foundation with some great singer-songwriters.
Relocating to Northeast Florida in 2020, Durst plays a lot of gigs at various venues, and can be heard with an extensive playlist of covers at Harry's in St. Augustine. Her most recent recording was a culmination of years of playing and writing with other talented musicians, the result was the album Kickass Woman.
