Zach Quinn

Zach Quinn

Versatile singer-songwriter with punk rock origins and a fresh sound.

Zach Quinn usually brings raw, gritty, high-energy vocals to the stage as frontman for the New Orleans-based punk band PEARS. However, his recent solo project shows the artist's chill side.

Exercising his voice's versatility, Quinn completed an album of originals showcasing his songwriting skills. He also filmed various unplugged performances, such as his cover of Rob Hyman's "Time After Time," made famous by Cyndi Lauper in 1983. The song's stripped-down aesthetic is challenging to master and has been used to highlight many notable artists' intricate vocal skills.

His solo compositions incorporate introspective lyrics and intricate melodies, such as the delicate guitar work in "Infinite Sigh." Proving that he's not just a punk powerhouse, Quinn's solo project shows he can dial back the intensity without sacrificing authenticity.
