Dorami, a food truck serving the majority of Northeast Florida, presents authentic Japanese dishes with a unique twist.

Get a classic fried rice meal including eggs, carrots, corn, peas, and green onions, and a choice of protein — turmeric fried chicken, stir fried tofu and broccoli, braised beef, or shrimp teriyaki.

Try something new with onigiri (Japanese rice balls wrapped in roasted seaweed paper). Pair it with either creamy tuna mayo, salmon, spicy tuna, shrimp tempura, pickled plum, or turkey spam.

Art Nouveau was particularly popular from the 1890s to the First World War. Those who created pieces in the Art Nouveau style challenged the accepted norms and celebrated nature with vibrant colors, curves, and asymmetric compositions.
