The aptly named "Adventure Oasis" vacation rental property offers an oasis of comfort two miles or less from much of the adventure available in St. Augustine. Located in north Davis Shores, a mile from St. Augustine's Plaza de la Constitución, this property is also within walking distance of several restaurants, shops, and pubs. At Adventure Oasis guests can enjoy a lovely and comfortable home that sleeps nine and has the space to let families and friends enjoy active pursuits and quiet conversations.
The great room has a chef's kitchen, dining area, comfortable seating, and two sliding glass doors to the covered deck. The kitchen boasts a coffee station, large appliances, an eating counter, and a butler's pantry. In addition to the inside dining area, the dining table on the deck seats six comfortably, and a gas grill lets the chef share cooking duties.
Beyond the great room, guests can gather in cozy seating on the deck, in the living room, in the game room, and in the den/third bedroom. The fully-fenced-in and landscaped backyard has room for kids to run around and a fire pit with chairs and a hammock. The game room has a table and chairs, a tiki bar, a television, and a game console with more than 40 games.
With four bedrooms, nine people can sleep comfortably. One bedroom has a queen bed, one has a bunk bed with a double on the bottom and a twin on top, and one bedroom/den with access to the deck has a queen sofa bed. The master bedroom has an en suite, a small seating area, and a private, fully fenced-in deck with a slipper bathtub for soaking under the stars or sun.
Located in a family-friendly neighborhood, this property is perfect for a small family reunion, wedding party, or gathering of old friends. There is free WiFi and parking for up to five vehicles. This is an excellent neighborhood for walking and biking, and the property has bikes available for guests. They will accept one dog for an additional fee.
The Conch House Marina is a short walk from Adventure Oasis. Those who like to boat can hire a charter or bring their own boat and tie it up at a slip for use throughout their stay. In addition, the Castillo de San Marcos, the St. Augustine Lighthouse and Maritime Museum, and the St. Augustine Alligator Farm and Zoological Park are two miles or less from the property.
