Seaside Cottages on St. Augustine Beach

The Seaside Cottages, located at #2 9th Street in St. Augustine Beach, feature four fully renovated oceanfront houses ranging from one to five bedrooms. Combined, the four cottages can sleep up to 35 guests.

All of the Linda's Beach rentals are on one oceanfront lot that overlooks a "no-drive" section of the beach, and all are within walking distance of the St. Augustine Beach Pier and several restaurants, including an ice cream shop. The Seaside Cottages are only five miles from St. Augustine's historic district.

Seaside Cottage 1

The largest of the four cottages, Cottage 1 has six bedrooms, three sleeper sofas, and five baths, with room to sleep up to 19 people on two floors. Perfect for two or three families, the cottage has two kitchens and two great rooms. The decor of this fully-renovated property has a Southern beach vibe, with heart of pine floors and soft colors. The cottage has a four-car garage, a large covered patio, and two porches. Other amenities include an outdoor shower, washer and dryer, grill, and jetted tubs.

Seaside Cottage 2

Cottage 2 has high-end finishes, with the living area on the second floor where the kitchen and open great room have lovely views of the ocean and beach. This cottage sleeps four to seven people, with two first-floor bedrooms — each with a private bath. A twin bed and a queen sleeper sofa provide added room to sleep three more. There is a private paved patio with a grill and dining area. The outdoor shower, beach chairs, and boogie boards invite guests to enjoy the beach.

Seaside Cottage 3

Cottage 3 features a covered lanai and grill facing the ocean. In addition to the dining table, there are Adirondack chairs for relaxing with a book or just with the view. This seaside cottage has two ocean-view bedrooms, two baths, and a sleeper sofa in the great room. The great room also has a round table with four swivel chairs, perfect for playing parlor games. Some games are available at the cottage.

Seaside Cottage 4

Cottage 4 has a pergola-covered patio with seating for dining and Adirondack chairs for relaxing. With one bedroom, one sleeper sofa, and 1.5 baths, this cottage sleeps up to five people, yet it is perfect for an intimate getaway for two.

The Chautauqua

This fully renovated and updated 1926 bungalow still has its original heart of pine floors, and the 1920s vibe is enhanced by reclaimed beadboard paneling in some of the rooms.

There are three levels, two kitchens, two great rooms, six bedrooms, six and a half bathrooms, and a bonus playroom with five beds, a piano, and a pool table. Outside are three oceanfront porches, a yard, dining tables, and a grill.

Designed to accommodate groups of friends or a multi-generation family trip, there are six dining areas and two laundries. Both kitchens are equipped with ovens, microwaves, pots, pans, and utensils. There are a total of six parking spaces, although keeping it to four cars will allow for all to have access as needed.  
 

Properties in the Historic Downtown

Renovated 1920 Downtown Guest House

Just renovated in 2017, this gorgeous guesthouse at 67 Lemon is located within easy walking distance of many of the historic district's restaurants and attractions, yet only five miles to the beach. Beach chairs and towels are included with this property, in case guests need any further encouragement to make their way to the shoreline.

The second floor of this property features beautifully refurbished heart of pine floors in its three king bedrooms, which sleep six to nine guests. Two bathrooms with new marble and glass features lend an upscale feel. Large windows provide an airy feel, letting in natural light and views of the tropical greenery surrounding the property.

Guests will admire the upscale features, including new marble floors, on the first floor of this guesthouse, which features one king bedroom and one and a half bathrooms, as well as a charming "Secret Garden." The first floor is perfect for a romantic getaway or family vacation, sleeping two to five guests. Both floors may be rented together to accommodate groups of 8 to 14. Downtown Historic Lady and Guesthouse

Only two blocks away from Linda's Lemon Street property, the Downtown Historic Lady and Guesthouse are located at 28 Riberia Street. This 1920s two-story home was lovingly renovated by Linda in 2016. The main house features three bedrooms and four bathrooms and sleeps six to 10 guests.

The romantic one-bedroom guesthouse rents separately from the main house, and sleeps up to four guests. The properties may be rented together, and work perfectly for destination wedding groups. Linda suggests that the bride's family take one and the groom's family take the other. Both the main and guesthouse feature new kitchens and new marble bathrooms. The houses rented together can easily accommodate groups of 8 to 14.
