Palm Row Hospitality

Historic Downtown, Anastasia Island, and Vilano Beach vacation properties

The best vacation properties are in prime locations and have beautiful decor, first-rate amenities, and a knowledgeable and experienced host. Palm Row Hospitality's exceptional properties and accomplished host have consistently achieved top rankings from guests, many of whom return year after year.

Jamie Kretsinger, Palm Row Hospitality's owner and an Airbnb superhost, manages multiple properties and has been involved with each from the beginning. He has planned and supervised any required renovations, chosen the decor, and purchased the extra touches that make his properties comfortable for everyone who visits. All properties have ample off-street parking, fully-stocked kitchens, a choice of coffee systems (such as a Keurig, French press, drip, and cappuccino maker), washers and dryers, and an inviting garden, deck, or porch, where guests can enjoy that morning coffee and evening libation.

Many were designed to provide the perfect experience for guests, whether a couple seeking a quiet getaway, a family planning to visit all St. Augustine has to offer, or a wedding party or reunion group looking for a gathering place with a touch of home. Imagine rocking on a wraparound porch with a garden view, sipping the perfect cup of coffee while planning your day. Depending on the property, you could walk to Historic Downtown or the beach, gather at the home's firepit in the evening, and hire a professional chef to make a special meal for your party, right in the home's gourmet kitchen.

The properties are located in Historic Downtown, on Vilano Beach, and on Anastasia Island.

Downtown St. Augustine

Palm Row Hospitality offers several in-town properties. Some are adjacent, so those planning an event can book multiple homes to accommodate the whole group. Other homes have more than one rental space, each with a private entrance, deck or garden area, and designated parking.

This private backyard retreat is at an in-town property, just a two-minute walk to the heart of Historic Downtown.

The 1,700-square-foot downtown home with the fire pit in the above photo is particularly suited for family vacations. It's also ranked as one of Airbnb's top three properties, worldwide. With three bedrooms and one-and-a-half bathrooms, this two-story home sleeps eight. In addition to that firepit, there is a large living room, a gourmet kitchen, and a classic wraparound southern porch.

The adjacent property has two living rooms, a patio, and a southern porch with rocking chairs and a swing seat for two. The two-bedroom first-floor home has three full bathrooms and a sofa bed in one of two living rooms. The main bedroom is in the photo above. A loft unit upstairs, in that same property, has three queen bedrooms, a rooftop patio, and a lovely eat-in kitchen (below).

These homes are just steps to St. George Street, the heart of St. Augustine's downtown, with restaurants, shops, attractions (including the Castillo), live music, and a large playground.

Palm Hospitality's newest property was formerly the home of a stable master. A seven-minute walk from St. George Street, this elegant property offers three different spaces. In each, the decor is southern elegance with equine-themed accents, and luxurious baths and kitchens. The first-floor home has two bedrooms and two baths and can sleep six guests. This single-floor space has a wrap-around porch, a chef's kitchen (below), a formal dining area, and antique furnishings throughout.

This same home has smaller, and still luxurious, above-ground units—each with a separate entrance and stairway. One has two bedrooms and two baths, and another is a one-bedroom retreat-for-two with a gourmet kitchenette and a deck amongst the treetops (below).

Still downtown, and only a seven-minute walk to St. George Street, this large home sleeps eight with three bedrooms and two and a half baths. Located in a historic area, near an Old Town Trolley stop, this house has an in-home gym with a treadmill, stationary bike, and free weights. There is also a wraparound porch, a backyard with a grill, an office, and a bright kitchen with an eat-in island.

One other property is just over the Bridge of Lions, a 15-minute walk to Historic Downtown and a short drive to the Amphitheater and Anastasia State Park. This charming renovated ranch home has two bedrooms, two baths, and a large backyard with an in-ground pool.

Palm Row Hospitality's two Vilano Beach homes can comfortably sleep a crowd with several queen and king-sized bedrooms, and one has bunk beds. Each has a fully-equipped kitchen with eat-in counters, open to dining and living areas. The properties are a short walk to the beach and Vilano's Main Street, where you can find groceries, beach and fishing gear, and several restaurants. The photo above is the gourmet kitchen in the home Jamie calls a "Coastal Beach Paradise."

The properties have spacious private yards and large decks inviting guests to relax and visit, plus everything needed to enjoy a beach vacation, including a beach cart with water toys and an outdoor shower. The deck below can be found at Palm Row's second Vilano property.
