Sun Outdoors Vacation Rentals

Sun Outdoors, an RV resort, is nestled in acres of wooded land and offers more than 160 RV sites for overnight camping. They also have several resort-model vacation rentals that can sleep up to four people. 

Located off State Road 207, the resort is a short drive from I-95, St. Augustine's historic downtown, and the beaches on Anastasia Island, offering a quiet place to relax after a day of touring. Those staying put for the day can enjoy simply relaxing at their site, or spend time in the heated pool, on the nature trail, or at the fitness center and children's playground. Sun Outdoors is a dog-friendly resort with a fenced-in play area for large dogs and one for small dogs.

Vacation Rentals

Sun Outdoors offers four dog-friendly vacation rental spaces in resort model homes that can accommodate four guests. 

• Three standard resort model one-bedroom rentals each include a bedroom with a full-size bed, bathroom, an equipped kitchen, air conditioning, washer and dryer, and flat-screen TV with cable. There is a picnic table for outdoor dining, and all linens are provided.
• One premium resort model one-bedroom rental offers all the amenities of the standard model and includes a dishwasher, tray ceilings, and ceiling fans. This model has a covered porch with chairs and there's a picnic table in the yard.

The RV Resort

• Sun Outdoors offers several types of RV sites on their extensive property. Every site has plenty of room for slide-outs.

Resort Amenities

Sun Outdoors RV Resort has a comfort station with clean restrooms, showers, and a laundry room. The clubhouse is open for activities and events, or gathering with your RV neighbors. There's a fenced-in pet area, hiking trails, a community campfire, and even a half-acre pond for catch-and-release fishing. Many of the sites at this campground are shaded beneath large oak and pine trees. 

This is solely an RV resort—no tents are permitted.
