This charming restaurant on the San Sebastian River has rebranded. Formerly the St. Augustine Fish House and Oyster Company, The BoatHouse serves seafood, sushi, and raw oysters in their dining room and on their large deck.
The family behind The BoatHouse has caught, prepared, and served fresh seafood dishes for three generations. The BoatHouse offers something for any seafood lover — whole steamed Maine lobster, sushi, and a raw oyster bar that serves the oysters simply with lemon and hot sauce, or with toppings. The restaurant is casually sophisticated, a blend of relaxed elegance that is reflected in the service and food.
The BoatHouse has a large, indoor dining room with an alcove for parties. The restaurant's deck overlooks a tributary of the San Sebastion River. Diners can watch private vessels and shrimp boats travel to and from the ocean. The deck has a fire pit and live music.
The BoatHouse has a full bar and opens at 4:00 p.m. on Monday through Friday and at 10:30 a.m. for brunch on Saturday and Sunday.
