County Road Provisions

County Road Provisions, a food truck that has built a faithful following, travels around Northeast Florida preparing and serving Texas-style barbecue once a week.

The menu includes brisket, pork, and turkey sandwiches. Meat can be bought by the pound — beef ribs, brisket, pork chops, pulled/sliced pork, turkey, chicken, and jalapeño/cheese sausage.

Try a side dish such as German potato salad (bacon, vinegar, and onions), pinto beans, mac and cheese, coleslaw, and jalapeño potato casserole.

County Road caters events and celebrations — between 20 and 500 people.

It's open from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Wednesdays. Meals are available for pre-order.
