For the main course, they offer several varieties of sushi — including some more modern flavors, such as Japanese bagel, sweet potato, and volcano — all created on-site, by their skilled kitchen staff.
The menu also includes soup, salad, hibachi/teriyaki, and tempura.
For desserts, Fancy Sushi offers mochi, vanilla ice cream, and several varieties of Japanese ice cream flavors, including red bean and green tea. Those craving more American sweets can order fried Oreos.
Fancy Sushi posts daily lunch specials. They offer table service in their well-appointed dining room, or guests may take meals to go.
