Fire & Smoke BBQ Company, permanently parked at Marina Munch, is a family-owned and operated food truck specializing in slow-smoked BBQ with an assortment of rubs/sauces made from original recipes.

Order from a selection of fresh and juicy meats such as chopped brisket, pulled pork, and its most popular item, pork belly burnt ends. Add one of their housemade sides—mac & cheese, cole slaw, and cornbread. Also, go big or go home with the platter, including a sampling of every meat and side on the menu.

It's open Wednesday through Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., or until they sell out.
