Fresh Market Island has opened at 1830 A1A south on Anastasia Island.
Featuring fresh foods from Florida and flavors from around the world, Fresh Market Island reflects the background of both owners, one of whom has roots in South Africa. The result is a local butcher shop and specialty grocery store with fresh items and prepared foods that will satisfy every taste.
In addition to fresh meats, poultry, and seafood, Fresh Market Island offers cheeses from around the world, specialty food items from South Africa, frozen meals and soups, wine, and freshly prepared grab-and-go meals and sandwiches.
Fresh Market Island strives to find the best fresh local produce, grass-fed meats, and locally caught seafood. They present as many organic items as possible, and offer prepared gluten-free meals, as well as vegetarian meals.
They bake French baguettes, rustic garlic loaves, French hamburger buns, and more. They also stock a variety of desserts made locally.
