Ice Plant

Ice Plant, a vintage-inspired bar and restaurant, is located in a building that functioned as an ice plant in the 1920s. Known for their craft cocktails, Ice Plant serves creative concoctions such as the "Flagler Billionaire" and the "Florida Mule." By incorporating heirloom sugar cane into the drink specials, Ice Plant nods to Florida's long history with sugar cane.

In addition to serving craft cocktails, Ice Plant is also a farm-to-table restaurant. They offer dishes that include hand-cut fries, fresh sandwiches, local seafood, and more. Ice Plant is open for lunch and dinner. This circa-1920s building used to manufacture ice for the local fishing industry. The entire building has been restored to reflect its 1920s heritage, right down to the barstools. The bar has an impressive array of ice, including three kinds of ice makers to produce delicious and refreshing frozen drinks and to put the perfect ice cube into the perfect cocktail.
