The Kookaburra Outpost at the St. Augustine Amphitheatre is a popular coffee stop for locals and out-of-towners. This Australian-inspired cafe serves fresh coffee, pastries, and pies perfect for breakfast, lunch, or a late snack. Its various coffee blends roast right here in St. Augustine.
Grab and enjoy hot/iced teas, coffees, lattes, and espresso-based beverages. Signature drinks include the Honey Badger (honey, cinnamon, and vanilla latte), Hot Aussie (vanilla and cream latte), Green Goddess (milk, coconut, jasmine, and green tea), and fan-favorite, hot chocolate.
Known for its "brekkies" or Aussie lunch pies — Corker (sausage, egg, and cheese) and Veggie Coconut Curry — it also offers baked goods with vegan and gluten-free options.
