Mason's Famous Lobster Rolls, founded by Dan Beck in 2014, pays homage to Maine's waters and lobstermen's old values and fishing traditions. With restaurants across the U.S., Mason's continues serving Maine lobsters and partners with expert fishermen who prioritize ocean sustainability and an authentic taste.
Each roll is served in a split-top New England-style bun with various seasonings and spreads. Try the classic roll with its signature Maine lobster, or get adventurous with choices such as the lobster BLT, shrimp, and crab rolls. Meal combos come with a side of coleslaw, chips, potato salad, or tater tots.
Other items include lobster mac and cheese, lobster grilled cheese, soups (clam chowder and lobster bisque), and salads.
