Matsukawa Sushi & Ramen Cuisine, located in the World Golf Area, is an authentic Japanese restaurant with various lunch and dinner specials.
Appetizers include spring rolls, crab and cheese wontons, edamame, and pork buns.
It's mostly known for its classic and signature sushi rolls: yellowtail, spicy tuna, crab stick, Golden Dream (shrimp tempura, cucumber, salmon, avocado, and eel sauce), and Dynamite (smoked salmon, asparagus, cream cheese, and spicy honey sauce).
Various main entrees are served — hibachi, Japanese fried rice, pan-fried noodles, ramen, and teisyoku (choice of meat, salad, miso soup, rice, and a boiled egg).
Additional menu items are offered such as fried Oreos, ice cream (green tea, vanilla, and mochi), and bubble tea (brown sugar, strawberry milk, orange fruit, and rose milk).
Dine in or get a meal to go. It's closed on Tuesdays.
