For those wanting something a bit different, Osprey Tacos serves their signature recipes, such as the Saint Augustine (fried shrimp, pickled onion, cabbage, and house-made datil), the Cheeseburger (ground beef, cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, and mustard aioli), and Pork Fried Rice (pork, rice, sriracha aioli, hoisin sauce, and scallions). The chefs prepare two specials each day—one herbivore and one carnivore option.
